⚠️ Check with your HR if you have permission to manage the evaluations.
In new evaluations
In the left-hand menu, click on 'Performance' and then on 'Manage reviews'.
In the new screen, click the 'Create Performance Review' button in the upper right corner and select 'Performance Review'.
Start the process of building the evaluation. When you reach the "5 | Participants" tab, scroll down, select the participant you want to link the managers to, and click on 'Add manager' if this person doesn't have any managers linked. If this person already has a manager linked, click the edit icon.
Select who the two managers will be and click on 'Save'.
For ongoing evaluations
In the left-hand menu, click on 'Performance' and then on 'Manage reviews'.
Select the evaluation you want to edit, click on the three side dots, and then choose 'Edit.'
In the top menu, click on the '5 | Participants' tab. Scroll down the screen, select the participant you want to link the managers to, and click "Add manager" if this person does not have any manager linked. If the person already has a manager linked, click on the edit icon.
Select who the two managers will be and click on 'Save'.
💡 Best practice: the final score of the criterion is calculated as the simple average of the scores assigned by the two managers.
To calculate the final score of the criterion, you sum the scores assigned by the two managers and divide by 2 (the number of managers). So, the final score would be:
(8 + 7) / 2 = 15 / 2 = 7.5
Therefore, the final score for the planning effectiveness criterion would be 7.5.
