⚠️ Remember: to access your final evaluation results, your manager or HR department must have already made them available to you. Otherwise, you won’t be able to access them. Once the results are available, you’ll be notified via email and through the Feedz platform.
If you have already received it, to view it, go to the left side menu, click on 'Performance', then click on 'My Reviews'.
In the "Self-assessment" tab, scroll down and select the evaluation for which you want to view the result. Then, click on 'Actions' and on 'Result received'.
⚠️ Remember: if the option is not available to click, align the results delivery with your HR department or manager.
After clicking, you will be redirected to the page with your final results, where you can view the scores, 9-box quadrant, graph, and comments.
