How to manage evaluator nominations in Performance Evaluation?

Learn how to manage the evaluator nominations made by participants during the nomination period.

⚠️ Check with your HR if you have permission to perform this action.

HR can manage the evaluator indications made by the participants in the performance evaluation, including adding evaluators who were not indicated, removing them, or validating them.

To do this, it's necessary to enable the "Other reviwers" option during the creation or by editing evaluations that are in the "Draft" or "Recommendation" status.

On the left sidebar, click on 'Performance' and then on 'Manage reviews'.

Choose the evaluation you want to track and click on the three dots on the side and then on 'Edit.'

Now, click on the '5 | Participants' tab and find the participant for whom you want to make changes to the indicated evaluators. You can search using the search bar on the screen or find them by scrolling through the participant list.

If the person hasn't indicated anyone within the deadline, you can still manually add evaluators by clicking the 'Add evaluators' button.

In the next window, you can select new evaluators, define their relationship with the evaluated person, and also remove indicated people by clicking the trash can icon. After making the necessary changes, click 'Save'.

To save and continue editing later, click 'Save draft'. If you want to finalize the changes you've made, click the 'Finish' button located at the bottom of the screen.
