⚠️ This feature is visible only to users with an Administrator profile on the platform.
To configure the weights of the responses for each type of evaluator in your performance evaluation, click on 'Performance' in the left-side menu, then click on 'Manage reviews.'
Choose the evaluation you want to track and click on the three dots on the side and then on 'Edit.'
Click on the tab '2 | Performance Review and Deadlines' and then scroll down to the 'Appraisal types' section, after configuring which types of evaluators will be in the evaluation. In the fields for each evaluator type, slide the bars to define the percentage weight they will have in the evaluation, always ensuring that the total adds up to 100%.
If you have configured a 360° evaluation cycle, with self-assessment, manager evaluation, and evaluation from other evaluators, you can also define the weight for each other evaluator (Pairs, Internal clients and Led). To do this, enable the option 'Customize weights of other appraisers' and repeat the same process, sliding the bars until the total sum of the desired evaluations equals 100%.
After defining, click on 'Save draft' or 'Next' to proceed.
