⚠️ Check with your HR to see if the nomination validation period is still open.
To validate your team members' nominations, you can click on the notification that appears on your homepage or, if you prefer, click on 'Performance' and then 'My reviews'.
On the next screen, click on the 'Review Management' tab. Then, select the evaluation for which you want to make nominations (it will have the status "Recommendation" in the respective column), and click on 'Actions' and then 'Details'.
Select the led person and click on 'Ações'. Then, click on 'Validar Pares'.
Within the validation screen, you can search for specific people indicated by the participant to approve or reject them. To do so, click on the search bar and type the name, or if you prefer, review each person listed.
In the list of people, you can define the relationship of the indicated person with your direct report, which can be: Teammate, Peer, or Internal customer.
Once the relationship is defined, click 'Approve' or 'Reprove'.
Below the person's name, you will see a label indicating who made the nomination.
After clicking "Send," an alert message will appear. Read it carefully and, if everything is correct, click 'Send' again.
⚠️ Remeber: once you validate and send the nominations, no further changes can be made. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact your HR department.
