How do I assign peers in the Performance Evaluation?

See in this article how to assign people to evaluate you in the performance evaluation cycle.

⚠️ Check with your HR if the nomination deadline is still valid.

To make your evaluator nominations in the performance evaluation cycle, you can click directly on the notification that will appear on your homepage.

If you can't find it, on the left sidebar menu, you can click on 'Performance' and then on 'My Reviews'.

In the "Self-assessments" tab, select the evaluation you want to perform the action on and click the 'Actions' button, then click 'Indicate peers'.

On the next screen, you can search for specific people or scroll through the list of people below to make your selections.

To indicate someone, click the 'Refer' button next to their name in the "Actions" column.

💡 Tip: to indicate relevant peers, use the "Feedbacks trocados" column, which shows, in descending order, who has sent and received the most feedback within the evaluation's configured period.

When you click the button, the word will change to "Indicated." To undo the action, simply click it again and check if the word changes back to "Refer."

After selecting all the people you wish to indicate, click on 'Finish indication' in the bottom right corner of the screen and then confirm the action by clicking 'Finish indication' again in the window that will pop up.

⚠️ Remember: once you send the indications, it will no longer be possible to indicate other people or remove any already indicated. If you need to make any changes, please contact your manager or HR.

All set! The indications were successfully made! Now just click "OK"
