With Feedz, it is possible to link the results from the objectives and goals module to the performance evaluation by configuring one of the axes of the nine-box model to be the average of each employee's results.
Necessary precautions for the linkage to work:
Objective and goal period: every objective registered in Feedz includes a "Period" field, which is entered during the creation or editing process. The available period options are defined by administrators under "Manage Objectives" in Feedz's "Settings."
Employee's responsibility: the employee must be the owner or contributor of the objective, not just responsible for the outcome.
Period matching: To ensure that data is synchronized correctly, the target period must be completely within the performance evaluation period. This means that the target start date and end date cannot exceed the limits established in the performance evaluation. If the target period exceeds the evaluation limits, it will not be automatically accepted. Therefore, when defining targets, always check that the dates are within the permitted period.
Practical Example: Imagine that the performance evaluation period is from 01/01/2025 to 01/31/2025.

Step-by-step guide
In the left-hand menu, click on 'Performance' and then on 'Manage reviews'.
Select the evaluation you want to edit, click on the three side dots, and then choose 'Edit.'
Click on the '4 | Settings' tab, scroll down, and click on 'Advanced settings.' Continue scrolling down to the 'Substituir os Critérios de Resultado pelos resultados obtidos nos objetivos/metas definidos na Feedz'. You can also specify whether public and/or private goals will be considered. Finally, click on 'Save Draft' or 'Finish'.
