⚠️Important to remember: some notifications cannot be disabled, as they are linked to mandatory actions in Feedz.
The ADM/HR can control the sending of notifications from some modules, such as: celebrations, announcements, performance evaluations, surveys.
To disable the platform notifications that you receive via email, follow the instructions below:
➡️Individual notifications
Click on your photo in the upper right-hand side. Then, click on My profile.
In the top submenu, click on Notifications.
Now, simply disable the notifications that you no longer wish to receive by email and click on Save, at the bottom of the page.
➡️ Marketing emails
If you want to unsubscribe from marketing emails, just open the email and scroll to the end of the communication and choose the option to unsubscribe. To do this, simply click on the option and confirm your choice.
Now, if you have been disconnected and still continue to receive notifications in your email, we recommend that you contact the company's HR department and formalize the request to deactivate your profile on Feedz. This action is performed exclusively by the administrator at Feedz.
💡Tip: always seek support from your company's manager or HR department when unsubscribing, as notifications are important to ensure that you do not miss the deadline for actions on the platform.
