⚠️ Check with your HR department if you have the required permission and whether the new criteria screen is available in your company.
On the left side menu, click on 'Performance' and then on 'Manage reviews'.
Next, select the evaluation you want and click on the three vertical dots, then click on 'Edit'.
After that, go to the '5 | Criteria and answers' tab. With the criteria already added, click on the three vertical dots again and select 'Reorder criteria'.
Click and drag the criteria to reorganize them as desired. Finally, click on 'Save'.
