Managers participating in the cycle can access the 9box Matrix and all information related to their subordinates.

In the side menu, click on Performance and then My Reviews.
Choose the Review Managements section, choose the assessment and click on the Actions button, then 9box report.
On the next screen, the 9box matrix will be displayed, with information about your subordinates.
Use the filters to make it easier to locate leaders. After filling them out, click Apply to carry out the search.
By clicking on the collaborator, you can view information about them, including quadrant changes.
At the end, a list of the leaders is presented. To download the report in PDF or Excel, just click on the corresponding icons.
By clicking on the Actions button, you can view the participant's individual result.
