⚠️ To change the language for the entire company, you must be an Administrator of the tool.
Step by step:
In the left-hand menu, click on 'Settings'.
Then, in the top menu, click on 'Company'.
Next, scroll down to the 'Language' option, which may appear as "Idioma" if your Feedz is in Portuguese or Spanish.
Now, click on the arrow and choose your preferred language. There are three options:
Portuguese
English
Spanish
Once done, click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to save the language change.
⚠️ Remember: this language change will apply to the entire company, including the welcome email. However, if a team member changes their personal account's language, that setting will override the one made by the administrator. If, after making the change, the language stays the same, check if your browser has any automatic translation settings or active extensions.
