➡️ What is the purpose of the confidence level in an objective?
The confidence status allows the team to convey, in a simple and objective way, the level of confidence in relation to the achievement of goals or objectives. This functionality not only informs the status of an objective, but also promotes a shared vision, contributing to more effective and strategic collaboration.
➡️ How to define the confidence level?
In the side menu, click on Goal.
❗The objective must have a key result for the confidence level to be added.
On the main screen:
Set the objective to which you want to assign the confidence level, click on the check-in symbol,
On the objective screen:
Click on the objective to open in a new tab, then click on the check-in symbol in the upper right corner.
In both cases, the check-in screen will be displayed, and in the How are you feeling about this goal? field, choose the emoji according to the feeling regarding the key result that directly contributes to the success of the objective. After performing this action, click Save.
It is possible to define a confidence level for each key result of the objective, promoting a shared and objective view of the strategies.

In the side menu, click on Goal.
Choose the objective for which you want to view the confidence level and on the main screen, click on the down arrow to expand the objective information.
